We travel by train to visit Chichester, a town that was important in Roman times in the first century AD and still has some Roman remains today. After a guided walk, you will have free time to explore the city by yourselves.

Arundel is a town close by that became important during the Norman period in the 11th century. The castle dominates the town and entry is included in the ticket price.

There is an optional walk around Arundel later in the afternoon.
